German speaking Customer Service Team Leader - Malta

are currently looking to speak with experienced Customer Service Team Leaders.
Ideally, you will come with at 2 years experience as a Team Lead, having
previously worked within a KPI lead customer service / telesales / call centre
environment. Based in Malta, you will be required to manage a team of Customer
Service representatives within the iGaming sector.

Language Skills Required – excellent written and oral in both English and German 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review
    of teams performance against targets
  • Motivate,
    train and monitor in line with KPI’s and quality checks
  • Work
    closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure focused management and
    development of your team
  • Maintain
    high level of service at all times across the team
  • Responsible
    for the compilation and analysis of customer service statistics leading to
    the improvement of customer experience and the increase of conversion
  • Work
    with key stakeholders across other departments, continuously improving
  • Be
    involved in the recruitment and training of new agents
  • Manage
    teams roster ensuring proper coverage of shift rotas

Other Key Personal Skills:

  • Extensive
    knowledge in Customer Service via email, phone and live chat
  • SportsBetting
    and iGaming industry knowledge, desirable
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability
    and understanding of change management to support the business
  • Ability
    to work in a proactive manner, positive attitude with an attention to
  • Willing
    to work shift rota’s, including weekends and evenings
